Description

The work requested is to the Laurels (G4 on the plan of Haveringâ??s TPO 4/92) that run along the left hand side of the boundary of 1 Pinecroft with Brentwood Road. Since the last planning consent the laurels have naturally grown and are in need of reshaping to previous pruning points. This will take the laurels back to the metal railings on the roadside and so redefine them as a hedge. It will also ensure the Road sign is more visible and the cable box is accessible.
