Application of fabric first retrofit measure to properties on Poplar Street. Works consist of the following: External wall insulation using 100mm EPS Insulation with a clay brick slip finish in a similar matching colour to the existing brickwork. The brick slips are provided by Licata and are bespoke slips due to colour matching to the existing.
