Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission Ref: P0823.24 dated 06/08/2024 to allow for: - Kitchen window dimension reduced to be consistent with living room at 1.6mx1m. - One skylight or two at varied dimensions. - Side extension,downstairs toilet and utility rooms windows at minimal dimension requirements. - Side extension room window to front of house, to keep this consistent with neighbours and houses in the area and reduce downstairs toilet to minimal requirement of 1.3mx0.7m. - Downstairs toilet window to the side near the entrance door due to the front of the house is the location of the gas and electrical meters. - No modification of front of house roof, therefore skylights not required, with dorma window providing sufficient light into room. - Add an EV charge point in front of the house.
