Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of a dwellinghouse for the care of children, in which: 1. There is no more than one child receiving care by up to 3 carers (there will always be a carer on the premises; this will be their permanent residence. Dependent on the needs of the child, an additional carer maybe added during the day. There will also be a manager visiting the property 9am - 5pm on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday). 2. The child in care will be aged from 5 to 17 years of age.
