T1 Dawn Redwood (as per report) - Attached report specifies reducing the tree too 8 meters in height but we feel due to the current size of the tree along with the location and its decaying buttress root, removal and replanting would be the preferred option to mitigate any risk of failure causing damage or injury to school property, staff or students.
