Description

To fell two conifer trees close to the boundary between no 22 and no 26, Reed Pond Walk. The trees will be felled and the ground cleared. A low hedge of yew will be planted on the boundary between the houses. Permission has been granted by the resident of 22, Reed Pond Walk The conifers are hindering the growth of the prunus tree next to them and take a substantial amount of light from my house, no. 26, Reed Pond Walk. An arborist has been consulted; he recommends the work be carried out to achieve light into no. 26 and to encourage the growth of the neighbouring prunus tree.
