Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission P1302.21 dated 31/08/2023 to modify the permission in the following ways: Alter the lower ground floor level from 89.455 to 88.980 to accommodate requirement of deeper structural elements, this is further excavation, and does not alter the height of the buildings at all.
