Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission ref: P1185.22 dated 14/10/2022 to allow for removal of front chain link fence and replace with new wooden fence to match the existing fence to the front of the property, replace all existing fencing to the car park area with new fence to match the existing fence to the property, consisting of a 1200mm close board fence with a 450mm trellis to the top as per the current fence, remove the proposed foot path and new pedestrian gate from the road to the car park as this will not be required.
