The wording of condition 7 of the planning permission P0761.20 shall be revised as follows: The development shall be carried out in accordance with construction phasing plan drawing number WAQ-CPL-ZZ_ZZ-DR-A-9709 rev P1 and community infrastructure levy phasing plans drawing numbers: 20002-WQS-FLA-ZZ-00-GA-A-2898-P1, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-01-GA-A-2023-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-00-GA-A-2830-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-01-GA-A-2831-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-02-GA-A-2832-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-03-GA-A-2833-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-04-GA-A-2834-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-05-GA-A-2835-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-06-GA-A-2836-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-07-GA-A-2837-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-08-GA-A-2838-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-09-GA-A-2839-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-10-GA-A-2840-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-11-GA-A-2841-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-12-GA-A-2842-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-13-GA-A-2843-L2, WAQ-CPL-ZZ-14-GA-A-2844-L2 and WAQ-CPL-ZZ-15-GA-A-2845-L2 or other revised phasing plans that have been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant Local Planning Authority. No phase of the development shall commence until the relevant pre-commencement conditions are approved in respect of that phase.
