Description

The use of a dwellinghouse as an Ofsted registered children's care home pursuant to the Children's Home Regulations 2015 and Care Standards Act 2000, in which: 1. No more than three children receiving care by up to 3 carers on a shift pattern basis at any one time. 2. The children in care are aged from 8 to 18 years of age. 3. The home would provide care for children who are looked after by a local authority. 4. No more than three vehicles are parked within the application site at any time.
