1. Confirmation that planning conditions 1, 2, 7, 12, 14 and 16 of planning permission APP/20/00108 have been complied with for the above property.2. Confirmation with regard to the CIL Liability Notice which issued in 2018, the Purchaser's Solicitors have asked that with regard to entries 5, 8 and 9 where it states a Demand Notice was issued in respect of the CIL Charge, we are required to provide confirmation from the Local Authority as to what the position is with regard to the earlier entry and whether any outstanding liability remains payable, or, if the later CIL Demand superseded this particular demand as they require confirm from the Council that this is the case and that the Council have updated the register to state this and no outstanding liability or charges remain in respect of the CIL.3. With regard to the s.106 Agreement, the Purchaser's Solicitors require evidence of compliance/discharge of all conditions, in particular, those relating to the pre-occupancy matters, are you able to confirm this please to include evidence of payment, where appropriate.
