Description

Replacement of front windows including first floor upvc window and ground floor window with timber double glazed sliding sash windows. Removal of cement render from front elevation and replace with a hydraulic lime render. Relocation of boiler to upstairs airing cupboard. Removal of cement based internal plaster and re-plaster in a non hydraulic lime plaster. Installation of a replacement rooflight to the rear bedroom.
