Scheme to include works to regrade the entrance threshold within the depth of the reveal and internal alterations to include a new lift and stairs.). - Amendment to wording of Condition 14, to state: 'Prior to the commencement of any works to the exterior of the ground floor of the building, the full details of the following items must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: i) The proposed stall riser vent panels to the ground floor, front elevation. ii) The proposed changes to the existing ground floor, front elevation entrance door thresholds. iii) The proposed new door to the ground floor, front elevation. iv) The proposed new open-in fanlights to the ground floor, front elevation doorsets. The details must include full elevation and cross-sectional drawings through the vertical and horizontal planes at a scale no less than 1:20. The details must also include the proposed external finishes and section drawings of any cills, thresholds, heads, jambs, mullions, transoms, panels, stiles, rails, and reveals at a scale no less than 1:2. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.'
