Non-material amendment of Planning Permission HS/FA/22/00257 (Addition of round window in front gable for loft room. Addition of Velux window for loft room in front pitched roof. Rear dormer with frameless safety glass Juliette balcony. Small roof light window on dormer for ensuite. Replace UPVC double glazed windows with wood double glazed sash windows throughout. Replacement of small UPVC double glazed window in back bedroom (facing into side return) with same size wooden double glazed casement window.
