Description

Remove areas of failing stonework along parapet wall of roof, down to roof level and replace damaged stones along parapet wall. Reconstruction of the stonework to be set in hydraulic lime mortar. Removal of steel beams and restraint plates located either side of the parapet wall to enable investigation as to cause of damage. Replace steel beams and restraint plates and reapply the asphalt roof. The introduction of stainless steel ties between the inner and outer stone skins to improve stability (amended description)
