Description

Variation of conditions: 2 (approved plans) and 3 (refuse storage details) of Permission HS/FA/21/00396 (Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans & details) of Application HS/DS/17/00194 (Development of site to provide five dwellings) Amendment - Removal of shared garage and enlargement of open porches at Plots 2 and 3. Repositioning of dwellings within plots 3, 4 & 5 and changes to positioning of parking spaces for plots 2, 3, 4 & 5. Creation of patios & pathways to plots 1 & 4. Creation of a patio at plot 5 . Relocation of bin storage areas for all plots and reduction in size of bin collection point to allow for additional planting.
