Description

Replace roof covering to the front slope of the duo pitched roof with natural slate, new roof access hatch, and provide natural ventilation to roof spaces. Remove the render to both party walls, chimney stacks, and apply new lime render to same. Complete lead work repairs. Re rendering rear elevation, render repairs to front elevation, and new decorations (amended description).
