Description

Amalgamation of bathroom and hallway on lower ground floor to a create a work shop space. Installation of boiler room on lower ground floor. Block up doorway leading to bathroom on lower ground floor and removal of wall to create wine cellar on leading from proposed workshop on lower ground floor. Blocking up of doorway leading to bedroom 3 on lower ground floor and removal of walls between existing kitchen and bedroom 3 on lower ground floor to create an open plan kitchen diner. Restore brick vaulted ceiling in lower ground floor cellar and creation of a new toilet in part of cellar. Replacement of doorway and windows in ground floor dining room. Creation of new door in existing ground floor dining room leading to garden. Lower retaining wall in light well and creation of walkway across terrace. Creation of two wrought iron balconies. Removal of existing decking walkway and balustrade and replace with a stone balustrade to kitchen light well. Block up doorway D.1F.03.a leading to main bedroom and reinstate pilasters to western wall and make good plaster and cornice.
