Amendment to condition 11 (Delivery hours) of Planning Permission HS/FA/09/00284 (Application for Asda retail store with associated customer restaurant, car parking, landscaping and highways works) - amendment to condition wording to allow deliveries to and from the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to the stipulation that 'During loading and unloading of goods or materials between 2300 and 0500 hours within the store service yard, (i) Engines of all service vehicles shall be switched off when not maneuvering (ii) Service vehicle refrigeration units to be switched-off (iii) Service vehicle radios and intercom systems to be switched off, and (iv) HGVs only to be unloaded / loaded when attached to the dedicated HGV loading dock.'
