Description

The refurbishment of 3 existing arches to provide improved accommodation for Project Art Works' Studios and staff, improved accessibility to all arches and improvements to external landscaping and approaches. Demolition of existing external walls to arches 2 and 3 and replacement with new external walls to meet current building regulations. New canopies to the eastern elevation. Re-configuration of internal areas of all arches to improve accessibility. External works to include re-grading of eastern approach to improve accessibility to arches 2 and 3, the formation of a new compliant external access ramp in rear yard (west side).
