Description

Adjoining Authority Consultation for listed building consent for change of use to an events venue that includes a drinking establishment on the upper ground floor of the main building and 36-bedrooms on the upper floors of the main building and annex building (Sui Generis). 5no. flexible commercial units operating as retail, financial and professional service units, cafes and drinking establishments on the lower ground floor of main building (Use Class E(a), E(b), E(c) and Sui Generis for the purposes of the drinking establishments). External alterations including replacement windows, re-roofing of building with installation of conservation style roof lights and works to facilitate a new lift shaft. Other external alterations include creation of terrace/external areas, proposed ramped access, cycle parking and bin store; internal alterations to include new roof trusses and amendments to floor levels.
