Details pursuant to conditions 10 (Brick Infill Panels), 11 (Further details of brickwork), 12 (Methodology brick infill panels), 14 (Finishes - Brickwork and timber), 15 (Further details tie rods and pattress plate), 16 (Post 3 and 4 details) of Planning Permission 25/00693/LBC Listed Building Consent for repairs and replacement of oak posts, beams and framing elements as informed by opening up works. Installation of stainless-steel dowels and resin to strengthen existing timber connections. New timber posts and foundations or base plates to support existing cross beams within Bays 1 and 2. Works to existing timber joists including areas of new joists. Installation of steel straps and plates to purlins and replacement of modern struts.
