Minor Material Amendment (Section 73) application for the variation of condition no. 2 attached to reserve matters permission(ref: 21/02871/REM) dated 29/04/2022 for the approval of the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission ref 17/00471/OUT for the erection of 331 units, retail and commercial space, a community space, with associated internal access roads, car parking, open space, landscaping and drainage.The substitution of approved plans (condition no.2) would reflect revisions to:- Reduction of visitor parking in the Market Square; - reduction on residential parking (allocated and visitors) and re-designation of parking bays across Phase 3;- enlargement of an approved bicycle/bin store and reconfiguration of adjoining parking bays serving Flatted Block L;- alterations to the design/ siting of the stair and lift core from the basement level of Block J to access street level;- siting of an electricity generator and associated close boarded timber security fence; and- provision of hard standing pathway to serve school gate access.
