Description

Changes proposed include:- replacing all windows with hardwood windows. We would like to propose that this is double-glazed to ensure thermal efficiency, we would consider slimline double-glazing.- we would like to remove rotten 1970s cladding, repoint and fix brickwork where required- we are also interested in removing the chimney which is a later addition, and replacing two single 1970s garage doors with a single roller door.
