Variation of Condition 2 attached to Appeal Decision Notice APP/N1730/W/23/3319510 (22/00755/FUL) dated 25/10/2023 to amend the approved plans. The proposed amendments relate to the layout of the car parking bays to the church hall. The approved scheme has four car parking bays to the southeast of the hall, one car parking bay immediately to the rear of the hall, three car parking bays along the eastern flank elevation of the hall and one car parking bay close to the new church hall entrance. The layout is to be changed with three car parking bays, including a disabled parking bay, arranged to run perpendicularly to the to the southern (rear elevation) of the church hall and six parking bays located, to run perpendicularly to the church hall entrance.
