Amendment to wording of conditions 2 and 6 pursuant to 22/00010/AMCON Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) attached to Planning Permission 20/01180/FUL dated 28/09/2021 to amend the approved plan (General Arrangement Battery Container Layout). To amend the approved plans listed in condition 2 to remove drawings associated with equipment in an earlier scheme, to substitute with updated elevational drawings and to change the height of some of the equipment. To amend the wording of condition 6 to refer to the latest general arrangement and detailed drawing of the acoustic fence. (amended description of development).
