Description

Reinstate the integrity of the roof by replacing frost damaged, failed and end-of-life clay peg tiles to match existing on sections 2 and 3 south and sections 5 and 6 north and nib clay tiles on section 5 south and section 8 north. Removal of timber on dormer cheeks as necessary and replace lead flashings. Reinstate timber with like for like and paint with linseed oil paint to match existing (prime undercoat and top coat).
