1. Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - Reference number 11465. Identified as T1 on the hand-drawn sketch planProposed works1. Reduce crown by 1 metre in all directions, to leave a final height of 6 metres and spread of 8 to 9 metres from the base of the tree.2. Reduce the limb that has crossed the neighbours boundary in the Eastern direction by 1.5 metres to minimise chance of limb failure due to included bark unions found.Description:-Tree is approximately 7 metres tall with a spread of 10.5 to 11.5 metres from the base of the tree. Approximate measurements for the spread from the base of the tree are:-- 5.5 metres in Northern direction-- 5.7 metres in Eastern direction-- 6 metres in Southern direction -- 5 metres in Western direction- In Eastern direction, a limb of the crown is overhanging the stream and has crossed the boundary of a neighbours garden (Number 4, Shaldon Way).- There is Ivy completely covering the tree and is hiding physiological signs of damage and decay.
