Description

It is proposed to install a new underground 33kV electricity cable under SSEN's permitted development rights. A hedge crossing is required at this location as no alternative access point is available. An alternative cable route to avoid this hedgerow is not possible as the cable needs to connect to an existing electricity pole in an adjacent landholding. As such, a temporary 5m wide gap is required to facilitate cable installation at this location.
