T11 (T1) Maple (front): Reduce height and sides by 1-2m. Deadwood. Thin 15%, crown lift to 3m T10, T9 (T2, T3) Cypress (front boundary): Reduce height by 1-2m. Retrim sides by 0.5 – 1m ensuring 2m clearance from building A3 (T4, T5) Conifers (front boundary): Remove major deadwood, crown lift to 3m A3 (T6) Thorn (front): Remove major deadwood and reshape as necessary to form neater specimen G2 (T7) Pear (rear): Reduce height and sides by 2m. Thin 15%. Deadwood A4 (T8) Salix (rear): Reduce laterals by 0.5m – 1m A4 (T9) Lime (rear, near parking bays): In decline with significant basal decay. Remove A4 (T10) Lime (rear, near parking bays): Crown lift to 3m and deadwood to improve form and natural shape and in line with good arboricultural practice.
