Non-Material amendment to planning permission P/0842/21 dated 11/12/2023 to change wording of Condition 4 ( site levels); Condition 5 (Bird Hazard Management Plan); Condition 9 (permeable paving and long-term drainage); Condition 10 (green roofs); Condition 26 (sound insulation); Condition 32 (revised energy strategy); to include 'other than demolition works' and Condition 12 A; (demolition and construction logistics plan) to include 'No demolition shall take place until a demolition plan has first been submitted to the Local Planning Authority in writing to be agreed. The plan shall detail the arrangements for (but not limited to): - the parking of vehicles of site operatives and visitors for demolition works. - loading and unloading of plant and materials for demolition works; - storage of plant and materials used in demolition of the existing structures; - the erection and maintenance of security hoardings; - a scheme for recycling/disposing of waste resulting from demolition; - measures for the control and reduction of dust; - measures for the control and reduction of noise and vibration.'
