Listed Building Consent (Amended proposal): Internal alterations (part retrospective) including: remove lath and plaster of some stud walls and replace with new lath and plaster. New wedi board added to some of the bathroom walls and toilet room walls with tile finish on top. Removal of plaster finish on brick wall and replastered. New pipes installation, "false wall", with Wedi board finish to one of the walls.
