TPO No. 597 known as Whitchurch Gardens (No. 2) Edgware T1: Sycamore - Damaging fence, very one sided and leaning heavily over road. Damaging pavement and creating a trip hazard. Both damage to fence and pavement will only get worse. Fell to ground level. T2: Oak - Remove deadwood >30mm and crown lift over pavement to 2.5m and road to 5.2m. T4: Cypress - Crown lift to approximately 3m.
