TPO No.16 Old Hall Drive (No.1) Pinner T20 English oak (rear of no.7 Old Hall Close): Reduce in height to about 14.5m, where such reduction lies on the Summerland side of the boundary. Reduce in spread on the west and north-west side by approximately 1.5m to 1.8m each side. No pruning is proposed to the SE/E side of the tree (facing the garden of 7 Old Hall Close). Maximum cut to be 70mm and to be suitable side growth at least one third of the diameter of the parent branch. Crown Clean in sector overhanging Summerland (north-west sector). Reasons: safety and encroachment
