Non-material amendment to planning permission p/1388/21 dated 29.9.2021 to revise wording of Condition 11 to read: Prior to the first occupation of the development, details of the lighting of all external areas (including buildings) within the site shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This includes all details of the lighting including sourcing/ manufacturer details, specification, elevations, light spillage and lighting levels The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details (prior to occupation) and shall be retained as such thereafter.
