Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/0842/23 dated 6.3.24 to install triple-glazed timber windows and external doors with an external finish of polyester powder-coated aluminium with a green-grey finish (RAL 7009). It is also proposed to install sliding doors to the lounge rather than sliding/folding doors as indicated on the approved drawings to provide a clearer view of the semi-rural, verdant surroundings. Revised drawing numbers 628/3-D and 628/6-D indicate the proposed minor amendments to the approved scheme
