Pinnerwood Park Estate Conservation Area T1 Cherry (front boundary l/hand corner): Leaning heavily towards road. Dismantle without damaging too much of surrounding hedge T2 Ivy-clad tree stem (front): Dismantle leaving stem at just under 1m G1 Damson x 4, Holly x 1 (front garden front boundary, r/hand side): Reduce damson back to previous by removing 2-3m from height and 1.5 – 2m from sides. Remove 2 x lowest limbs and 1 x lowest branch growing into boundary fence from largest damson in group. Holly: remove and leave stump in ground. NB: neighbours’ consent required for access to G1 T3 Cypress (front garden front boundary): Reduce height back to previous by removing up to 1m T4 Holm oak (front garden l/hand side): Reduce height back to previous to around 2.5m T5 Hawthorn (front garden front boundary, centre): Crown Reduce back to previous by removing 2-3m from height and 1 – 1.5m from sides
