Maintain broadly at reduced dimensions by periodic pruning. G26 (TG1) Mixed spp. group of mostly Privet, Cypress and Horse Chestnut (Cypress only protected by TPO): Remove Horse-chestnut stems to near ground level and treat stumps to inhibit regrowth. Reduce height of remainder to an even 3.0m and trim on an annual cycle to maintain at broadly reduced dimensions. Reason: clay shrinkage subsidence damage at neighbouring property 11 Cedar Drive, HA5 4DD.
