Variation of condition 4 (use of pitch facilities) attached to planning permission P/2454/23 dated 12/02/2024 to The Mixed Use Games Areas hereby approved shall be used by Gesher School including use against others, and shall only be in use during the following hours: 7:30am to 21:00pm from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 19:00pm on Saturdays, and from 10:00am to 16:00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays The Mixed Use Games Areas hereby permitted shall not be available for private hire unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason - To safeguard the residential amenities of neighbouring residents and prevent an over-intensive use of the site
