Non-material amendment to planning permission P/1595/22 dated 05/10/2022 to allow change of drawings numbers: 1. To allow easier access to rear garden by providing 650mm passage creating the direct connection between the rear and front garden, which will in turn enable easier maintenance of rear garden etc. 2. To simplify the building process by eliminating the condition 5 which requires detailed design and method statement (in consultation with London Underground), which will reduce the building costs as well as building time. 3. To allow for a better facade of the whole building with matching eaves to the existing structure. Due to the approved side wall touching the side boundary line, the guttering was located over the new wall without eaves, which will undoubtedly enhance the appearance of the building.
