TPO No.45 Canons Drive (No.1) Edgware The proposed works include the installation of a root barrier between vegetation perceived to be causing property movement & thus damage and the property - please see details in the attached method statement with regards to the length of the barrier, its depth and distance from vegetation. The reason for the works is the subsidence damage to the property. The proposed works are identical to those agreed under P/1011/21 dated 22 April 2021.
