INVALID - Dear Sir/Madame, We would like to apply for a retrospective planning application for a 2.25-meter high and 5-meter wide gate at the entrance to the property (York Cottage, Pinner Hill, HA5 3XX). There are numerous other properties within the Pinner estate that already have larger and more substantial gates outside their properties. Therefore, we would expect the council and/or Pinner estate should not have any objections to the gate outside the property.
