Description

INVALID - The house had been extended many years ago and had outdoor summer rooms long time ago , we need to keep the good part abd tidy the garden removing some construction and tidying some but while we are still not finished we served enforcement notice . We already removed part of construction and getting it to comply with council rules.we need to live in the house asap as it is the only home we have after loosing every thing. First story side extention that extend along the side was constructed before we bought the house over 20 years ago but we added a roof to have a roof garden and it would been covered with plants ,walls will be covered with plants too .we will be removing all plastic gladdings garden construction are one room and two outdoor summer houses could be removed , I didn't include them in propused planning anyways as maybe that is not allowed . I understand some parts of extention goes back to 1987 .We could remove the out door summer rooms to replace it with patio 2019 we built first story back extention,It is less than three meter deep which I was advised it doesn???t need planning application and deep foundation of nearly 150 cm was done 2011for extention but stopped then for bad circumstances so all what we did is build on top of foundation that was agreed then The second story first floor side extention had started 2019 but still needs rendering to match with the house and put roof that matches with the house too and street as it shows in drawings .I believe the extention comply with council rules once it is finished.so i am asking for approval and advise in case of need to amendment. I have removed parts of the constructions and maybe all garden cunstructions could be removed as advised after i was served an enforcement and a matching roof to side extention ,first floor could be done once i get application approved
