Hello, Accordimg to my gardener we have a Birch Tree at the back of our garden with dangerous overhanging branches that regularly fall down on to the area where the kids are playing. 2 big branches fell recently and thankfully the kids were not in the garden. We need someone from the council to urgantly advise which branches we need to trim or cut off to make it safe. The gardener has an idea but said we should ask the council first.
