Section 73 application for the Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 25/04091/FUL (Installation of two additional extraction flues (19m high) to support new internal plant, with alteration to existing flue stack to increase its height to 19m and erection of new gas kiosk building.) To allow for the installation of structural bracing required to support the load of the two recently approved additional extraction flues, In addition the proposed amendments include an increase in the height of the HVAC duct/terminal and an increase in size to the gas kiosk.
