Description

Roof recovering works of the Martindale Building comprise of the following works; Removal of the existing slate roof covering, replacement of the dilapidated/damaged tiles with new 7mm thick Welsh Natural Slates with chamfered edges, replacement of damaged clay ridge and hip tiles with new to match the exisitng, removal of the 8nr rooflights to the roof and replacement with new from the Rooflight Conservation Company to match the existing size, fenestration and material.
