Application for a non-material amendment to application HGT21/02625/REMMAJ to allow: 1. Trelton - Window size to FF landing altered 2. Patterham - Window size the FF landing altered 3. Additional railings added to private drives facing the POS (plots 206 -210 & 151-153) 4. Visitor parking on private drive moved away from swale in front of plot 151-153 5. M4(3) Bungalow rear garden access footpath increased to 1.2m wide 6. POS footpath near northern SUDs altered to avoid crossing attenuation tank (this matches the landscaping layout currently submitted for planning condition approval) 7. Garden access paths to mid plots altered (Plots 61, 62, 126, 167, 220, 313,351, 362, 357 & 369). 8. Ecology info added to boundary treatment plan to suit submitted reports (bird/bat boxes, bug hotel etc) 9. Cathedral Internal Layout amended to suit M4(3) requirements. 10.
