Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 23/00509/DVCON to allow Condition 3 to read:- The proposed development to be built in accordance with Phase 1 Geo-Environmental Risk Assessment ref 221109.R.001 dated November 2022 and Asbestos Demolition Report dated December 2022. Condition 8 to read:- The development shall be undertaken in undertaken in accordance with the details contained on the Topping Engineers Drawing DR-C-0100 (Revision P4) dated 18/01/2023 and, further, a temporary permit shall be sought from Yorkshire Water Services Ltd if it is necessary to discharge water during construction to the public sewer network and Condition 10 to read:- Surface water drainage works to be completed in strict accordance with the details contained on the Topping Engineers Drawing DR-C-0100 (Revision P4) dated 18/01/2023 prior to the first piped discharge of surface water from the development.
