3 x Ash (T5, T6 and T7 - please see the attached plan for locations) are showing increased levels of Ash Dieback with significant amounts of deadwood present. Due to a change of use in this area (now a newly completed development) and the declining health of the trees this has increased the potential level of risk to the occupants. Recommendation - Remove T5, T6 and T7 due to increased level of risk and declining health of the trees.
