Fell 1 No. Sycamore Tree (T1) and Lateral reduction of 1 No. Sycamore Tree (T2) of Tree Preservation Order No. 59/2015 A1 all trees. It is proposed to replant the felled Sycamore Tree with an English Oak. The felling is proposed as the tree is not considered safe and also includes 50% die back. The lateral reduction to other Sycamore Tree will be to the wooden fence line with maximum pruning cuts of 60mm. The works will remove the low overhanging branches so as to make this area of garden usable.
